Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING INFO:
~All products will be shipped USPS priority mail and will deliver in 1-3 business days after being shipped. Keep an eye on your email, you will receive a tracking code when the package ships. Any USPS delays are out of my control.Â
~If you ordered stained glass, I will package it the best I can to make sure it is delivered safe and sound. However, if it does not arrive unharmed, please send me an email with order number and a photo of damaged piece, we can then work to either repair or replace your order.Â
~Shipping profiles are for individual items and does not group together so if you order multiple items I will pack them together and refund the difference in shipping costs.Â
~I am very new to shipping so bare with me, shipping prices are subject to change. Most of my packages are smaller in size so prices should be correct but if it ends up being a larger order, prices will go up.Â
RETURNS:
~All sales are final.
~If you are not pleased with the work please shoot me an email and we can discuss further.Â
MISSING/STOLEN PACKAGES:
~No refunds for lost packages, so please be sure to double check your correct address when entering your info.Â
~If package gets lost in the mail, file a claim with USPS, as I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No refund will be provided.
